Work as a Receptionist

If you are someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect job for you!

Applyfortourism is seeking highly motivated and friendly individuals with a passion for hospitality to work as Receptionists at a variety of stunning campsites throughout Italy. As a receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for guests and campsite management. Guests will rely on you for assistance and information throughout their stay.

You should possess outstanding communication skills, organizational abilities, and a welcoming attitude throughout the entire season. Your days will be filled with various tasks and responsibilities, all focused on ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. Most importantly, you will always be approachable and ready to assist guests with a smile!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Eligibility to work in Europe
  • 18 years or older
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good at motivating people
  • A high level of responsibility and organization
  • Knowledge of multiple languages

Your Activities

  • Warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Providing guests with detailed information about campsite amenities, activities, and nearby attractions
  • Handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and accommodating special requests with efficiency and courtesy
  • Coordinating effectively with other campsite staff to enhance the guest experience
  • Managing guest check-outs and processing payments accurately
