Ilse | Internship Coordinator

We’re excited to share that Ilse is stepping into the role of Internship Coordinator and will also be leading the Experience Lab in Casavio! Ilse has been an integral part of our team for over 6 years, having worked in various leadership roles. Her experience, dedication, and deep understanding of our work make her the perfect fit as Internship Coordinator. Coming from The Netherlands, Ilse’s passion for creating exceptional experiences and her leadership skills will be a huge asset as she takes on these new responsibilities. We’re incredibly grateful for all the hard work she’s put in over the years and can’t wait to see how she continues to shape our team and projects in her new role.

Daniela | Junior Area Manager

We’re excited to introduce Daniela as our new Junior Area Manager! Daniela joins us with a strong background in managing events, photography, social media, and large-scale gatherings. Originally from South Africa with Portuguese heritage, she speaks Dutch fluently and brings a diverse perspective to our team. Her energy and passion for what she does are contagious, and we can’t wait to see her apply her skills in this new role. Daniela is eager to get started and make a real impact this year, and we’re thrilled to have her on board!

Marsha | CEO

Coming from the Netherlands, Marsha wanted to implement a highly organized management strategy to enhance the company further. In 2012, she became the CEO and moved the administrative office to the Netherlands. This decision allowed the company to expand its entertainment services and recruit staff from all over Europe!

Tommaso | HR Manager

Starting out as an Entertainer and Team Leader, Tommaso has dedicated 10 years to Applyfortourism, honing his skills and growing with the company. In 2024, he stepped into the role of HR Manager, bringing his extensive experience in managing teams and fostering talent to the forefront. Passionate about driving growth and building a strong, connected team, Tommaso is excited to meet the right individuals who will contribute to Applyfortourism's mission of creating an exceptional community and delivering excellence in tourism.

Tomas | Creative Director/ Area Manager

With years of experience, dedication, and hard work, Tomas has seen his career grow within the company and now holds the dual role of Creative Director and Area Manager. During the winter months, he works hard to find new activities that will enhance the company, while throughout the summer, he is busy visiting all of the campsites and finding ways to improve the level of service to ensure that both the clients and staff are more than satisfied.

Elouise | Multimedia Marketing Manager

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Elouise brings a fresh perspective and positive attitude to her role as Content Manager at Applyfortourism. Elouise did her first season with the company in 2022 as a videographer within the animation team at Camping Ca'Savio. Working within the animation team allowed Elouise to gain an understanding of the company and its values.

Josefine | Artistic Director , Choreographer & Dance Team Manager

Introducing Josefine Hedman, our exceptional Dance Team Captain! With over a decade of dance and choreography experience, her passion for performance is boundless. Josefine began dazzling audiences with Applyfortourism years ago before taking her talents to world cruise ships. Now, she returns as Artistic Director and Choreographer of our new Dance Show Team. With her guidance, our team will perform two professional shows, "Nostalgia" and "Broadway Fusion," promising unforgettable entertainment across Italy's picturesque campsites.
